As the summer ends and the nights grow longer\, Swedes gather with friends and family to feast on crayfish\, sing songs\, and en joy each other's company. The crayfish are typically served cold and accom panied by an assortment of side dishes and drinks. It’s a festive\, joyous occasion that brings people together to savor the last warm days of the y ear.\n\nWhat to Expect\n\nAt the Crayfish Party\, Sebratec will be providi ng drinks\, festive decorations to set the mood and a taste of crayfish. T he food is BYO (bring your own)\, and we encourage everyone to contribute to the feast! Have a look at the list below for suggestions of what to bri ng to a typical 'kräftskiva'. Feel free to choose something from the list or another dish of your choice. Whether it’s a swedish traditional dish\, something from your home country or something new you’d like to try\, your contribution will add to the fun and flavor of the event!
