A word from our CEO

Hello Everyone,
I hope all is well with you on your assignments, and that you're enjoying your roles. From the Management team, I've been hearing mostly positive feedback, which is now reflected in the growth we're finally experiencing. The number of assignments is increasing, and we're welcoming new clients to Sebratec.
In my six months as the CEO of Sebratec, I've had the privilege of leading our company through a period of significant changes. Through strategic efforts and determination, we've implemented several improvements and clarified our focus. These measures aim not only to strengthen our organizational structure but also to ensure that we are positioned for sustainable growth and long-term success.
A crucial realization is the importance of our personnel and how all Sebratec employees play a central role in our success. Your dedication and expertise form the foundation of Sebratec's strength, and I am confident that by putting you at the center, we will collectively build an even more outstanding and pleasant workplace. Most of the initiatives in 2024 will be directed towards you, and we will discuss these in detail at the Christmas party, hoping that the majority of you will participate!
Some of our most significant investments and decisions include recruitment, finance, the marketing department, intranet, and a new bonus for consultants.
Finance
A crucial part for the entire organization to follow the initiatives and guide if changes are needed.
Recruitment
I'm pleased that we finally have a recruitment unit in place in Sweden, making us extremely strong in combination with Brazil. This unit will make it easier for you consultants to switch assignments if you feel you are developing or ready for new challenges.
Marketing
Together with our creative agency, and together with your input from the internal brand survey, we are finishing up the last bits of our new brand guidelines. The brand will change towards a more inclusive and human-centric expression, where the relationship with each other and our partners are at the forefront of our brand and communications. This includes a whole new costume — colors, logotype, graphics, tone of voice, website and more. Therefore, you may see activation of the new brand across platforms in the upcoming weeks. Linus will hold a more thorough presentation on the subject together with our creative agency at the Christmas party, where the internal launch of our new brand will be headlining.
Intranet
An essential part of any company is communication. We now have a platform where, in the long run, you'll be able to find all important information. This includes details about various events and the assignments we are seeking consultants for.
Bonus
We introduced a bonus for all employees, rewarding longevity and excellent work. If you've been with Sebratec for 2 years or more, you are almost rewarded with an additional 2000 SEK/month.
Competence Development
We conducted a skills inventory of all our consultants this autumn—very insightful. The next step, starting in Q1 2024, is launching a skills development program focusing on enhancing our consultants' skills for future assignments or personal development.
Changes in the Business Manager role reflect the acknowledgment of its complexity, with responsibilities for personnel, client contact, and sales of new assignments. By adapting and strengthening the role, we aim to create a more supportive structure for our Business Managers. We are aware that the last year has seen many changes in the Business Manager role, and we assure you that we are actively working to strengthen these positions, ensuring they are filled with highly qualified candidates.
However, more changes are coming for you, as we have decided that both Maria Haswani and Fredrik Ström will step down from their roles as Business Managers.
We've had a lengthy and constructive dialogue with Maria about her role, and she has concluded that it's not the right fit for her given the required competencies. Maria will now facilitate a handover to our new Business Manager (see separate presentation). After the handover, Maria will take a planned vacation. At this point, we don't know if Maria will remain at Sebratec or not. We hope that soon, a role that suits Maria's aspirations and future plans will emerge.
Following a discussion with Fredrik, we have decided to terminate his employment at Sebratec. With Fredrik, we collectively felt that it wasn't a perfect match at this time, and we wish Fredrik the best of luck!
In conclusion, I hope you all can see the improvements we are making to make Sebratec a more attractive company, especially for you, our employees.
