Test 2Hello all Sebratecers,

First and foremost, I want to welcome the new year with optimism and enthusiasm, and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together this year. The previous year was characterized by a lot of changes, and we will surely continue to make changes this year as well, all to create a competitive Sebratec in the market. It is of the utmost importance for us to be aware of the challenges that lie ahead.

We find ourselves in a time where the market may seem a bit sluggish and stagnant. This has also been evident within our company, and we have not had the growth we had hoped for. However, we have balanced this and worked hard on our costs, which means that the company has still started with a positive result, and we are extremely determined that we will carry out everything we have agreed upon, both to create the growth we want and to create a company that we all want to work for.

During my first 8 months as CEO at Sebratec, I have spent a lot of time carefully examining and evaluating our organization to identify areas where we can improve and grow. We made a lot of improvements already in the first half-year, and I am very proud of everything that was accomplished and the way it was done, where we have listened a lot to everyone in the organisation. The branding work led by Linus Jonsheden, for example, is the result of good cooperation throughout our organization and became a branding effort we are extremely proud of.

However, we cannot stop now, but we will continue our improvement work. Two important areas that will be a major focus going forward are our roles within Business Management & Human Resources. During the past few months, we have conducted interviews with both former and current employees to gain a deeper understanding and insights.

These conversations have been invaluable and have given us the opportunity to create an even more positive and supportive work environment. The work has also given us increased focus on what we are looking for in the Business Management role. Furthermore, we have been able to more easily conduct interviews according to what we are looking for in that specific role, which we now believe that we have found in the new recruitments.

What has emerged from the interviews we have conducted is primarily the following:

◦ Low visit frequency of our BM's with consultants, thus lack of dialogue
◦ We have not listened enough to employees that want to change assignments – even though they have pointed out several times that they are not thriving in their current assignments
◦ Many of you feel that we should try to help more with integrating your families into the Swedish society
◦ Our onboarding process hasn't been optimal.

By listening to you, we have come to the conclusion that we must improve in these areas. This has resulted in some, very important, upcoming internal projects. We are now conducting a review of:

1. Our whole onboarding process
2. How to get the best experience working at Sebratec
3. Our exit process

This means that:

Our Business Managers will get completely new KPIs linked to consultants, with a focus on increased visits and becoming more knowledgeable about the different roles. If you are a consultant at Sebratec, the expectations you can have on your BM are at least 1 physical visit/quarter supplemented with one-to-one meetings every month.

For a better understanding, Felix Batista will immediately take a place in HR and support Maja Högeryd in a number of issues, in order to get a better understanding.

We create more activities where families are invited such as going to football, hockey, playing beach volleyball, etc. Keep an eye on the intranet and register.

We are in the process of developing training/competence for you, but shortly we will also in some form start Swedish courses to learn the Swedish language. Here, family members are of course invited to participate.

Shortly, our Talent Acquisition (TA) department will invite you to help you update your CVs. They will also conduct interviews regarding your career goals, and keep you in mind when new assignments come up. Of course, you can talk to your Business Manager or contact Troy Johansson at TA to book a meeting at any time.

In connection with being employed at Sebratec, separate interviews will be conducted that are more about the social situation regarding family, interests, and more. This interview will be conducted by Felix who has first-hand experience of moving from Brazil to Sweden himself.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has participated in these interviews for their openness and engagement. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our workplace moving forward. So let’s continue to work together to create an organization where every employee feels appreciated, respected, and motivated to do their best, and that we will soon meet at the office or at one of all the planned activities.

Personally, I am very much looking forward to taking my family and trying Taekwondo lessons with Aida!
