Absence
Why do I need to inform my Sebratec manager when I am sick?
To be able to get your sick-pay during your sickness period, you need to inform you Sebratec manager that you are sick no later than the first day of this period. This information is also important in order for us to support you and your wellbeing.
If you need support and wish to speak to someone other than your Sebratec manager, please contact HR (contact information can be found here).
How do I apply for vacation?

Compensation and Benefits
How does the Extension Bonus work and when can I get it?
You will receive your first Extension Bonus when you've been working for Sebratec's client(s) for 12 months. The sum of your bonus will be determined based on the remaining time of your current client contract and then followed-up accordingly.
