1. How to make a referral
Refer candidates you deem fit in domains like embedded, software, testing & mobile. Login to our teamtailor page on app.teamtailor.com/login and click on ”refer a candidate” for a position that suits your referral. You can also get in touch with our Talent Acquisition team or your Business Manager.
2. Process after referral
Every referred candidate will be approached for a first interview by Oscar Pettersson, our Talent Acquisition Specialist. If skills and career aspirations match our open roles and resides in Sweden, we align them with our business managers for potential placement. You will be notified when the interview is done.
3. Rewards and incentives
Amount: 25,000 SEK per successful referral. The referred candidate must complete all recruitment steps and commence work at Sebratec AB in Sweden. The bonus is added to the referrer’s next month’s salary after the new hire starts.* Subject to one-time tax rules by the Swedish Tax Agency.
*Applicable if the referred individual hasn’t been in contact with Sebratec in the past 12 months.
