Felix is joining the HR team

Maja: Hello Felix!
Felix: Hey!
Maja: How are you going?
Felix: Pretty good! How about you?
Maja: I'm super well, thank you! Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Felix: Yeah, sure! So, for those who doesn't know me, I'm Felix Batista and I've been working here in Sebratec for the past two years as a
product owner/manager.
Maja: That's great! Why don't you tell us about the latest HR news that we have?
Felix: Sure! So, lately I've been working more and more into internal projects here in Sebratec and now I'll be officially joining you Maya into the HR team to work in some much needed improvements.
Maja: That's so exciting! And what will you bring to the HR table?
Felix: I've been in all these processes myself as a consultant, right? So I've felt all the pain points throughout this journey and now I'm willing to automate and digitalize a lot of these things so it's lesser of a pain for everyone in the company. Also I feel myself as a buddy and someone that can work really close to the Consultants throughout their Journey, so whenever they have questions about documents or life in Sweden or even managing events, I can help them in all these things.
Maja: That's super great! And when can we expect to see you next time?
