New Year's update from our CEO

Now we've all celebrated Christmas, and we're approaching the end of 2023, which has been an extraordinary year. A year that started challenging for us, but where Q4 turned out to be very positive for Sebratec.
Significant changes during the past year include:
◦ A new external CEO contributing to the organization's development.
◦ Appointment of a new marketing manager to strengthen our internal and external marketing efforts.
◦ Welcoming an external CFO to lead our financial strategy.
◦ Establishment of an internal Recruitment Department to enhance recruitment efficiency.
◦ Implementation of several new systems to optimize and future-proof our processes.
◦ Introduction of a new brand to reflect our changed direction.
These achievements are the result of your dedication, shaping our future. Q4, in particular, was highly positive from a growth perspective, with 10 new employees joining Sebratec. Finally, we are experiencing growth in the company again.
This briefly summarizes what happened in 2023, but I also want to give you a glimpse of what will happen in early 2024.
The year 2024 will kick off at a high pace, with several key events:
◦ New consultants starting their assignments.
◦ Establishment in a new location and with a new client, Northvolt in Skellefteå.
◦ Sebratec's first assignment at SAAB.
◦ Negotiations for a new HR role, expected to be presented shortly after New Year, which will be significant for all Sebratec employees.
◦ Ongoing discussions with new Business Managers, with hopes for resolution in the coming weeks.
◦ Planned strategy days with the Management team to set a clear plan for 2024
A crucial priority for me as the CEO of Sebratec is ensuring that every employee is aware of our set goals and the strategy we plan to follow in the coming year. Clear plans and goals are already in place and will soon be discussed with our leadership team for alignment before communicating to the entire organization. This is another step toward increased participation, and I look forward to sharing this with you shortly.
I conclude this year by thanking you for your hard work. A significant recent development was the signing of an agreement with GotEvent, providing us access to all events at Scandinavium, including hockey games, concerts, equestrian events, and various others. This agreement allows us to organize customer activities, employee events, and, of course, invite your families to enjoyable experiences. Shortly, we'll offer some families the opportunity to attend Disney on Ice – so keep an eye on our intranet where everything will be published.
