We are excited to announce that we have finalized the schedule for our upcoming monthly meetings between Consultants, HR, Business Managers, Finance and our CEO for the fall! These sessions are a great way for us to stay connected, exchange valuable information, and address any topics of interest for our team. We've made a few changes to how these meetings will run, and we think they’ll make the experience even better for everyone involved.

What’s New?

This fall, the meetings will take place physically at the office, giving us a chance to connect in person and enjoy a classic Swedish fika together. For those unable to attend in person, we’ll continue offering a digital option, so no one misses out. These hybrid meetings will allow all consultants to participate in a way that suits their schedules. The meetings will take place the last thursday of each month (one week earlier for october due to Halloween), making it easier to plan and to know when the next meeting is due. Also- we are happy to have the regular fika's back! 

Additionally, we’ll be inviting special guest speakers to cover topics that matter most to our consultants, such as information about unions, employee benefits, and job security. These expert guests will help provide valuable insights and answer any questions you may have. The first meeting (26/9), will cover a topic close to our heart, that we have been working with over the last year and that we are very happy to present: The new framework for competence development.
