The spring and summer are finally on their way which means that it is time to start planning for this year's vacations. This year, we are aiming to make this process as smooth as can be, and are asking you all to have a good read through of the following procedure and deadlines 😊  

What will the process look like?  

Your Business Manager will reach out to you this week with information on how many holidays you have at your disposal and more information on the process in general. After the first conversation with your Business Manager...

...align your vacation requests with your client! Reach out to your Group Manager and make sure to ask about the client's requests and guidelines on when you take your holiday. For example; do they have industrial vacation for you to consider? Deadline reaching out to group manager: 15/3.

Submit your vacation request in Hailey. You can do this as soon as you have aligned your vacation wishes and requests with your group manager. To do this, you go ahead as you usually go about your absence reporting in Hailey. If you have any doubts on the process, please follow the link. Deadline: 22/3.

When do you receive an answer to your vacation request? Your request will be approved through Hailey, latest on the 31/3.
