Sebreatec's yearly salary review
It is finally time for the yearly salary review for all of you who was employed before the 1st of October 2023 (according to collective agreement).
This is a chance for you to sit down together with your Business Manager and reflect on your yearly performance and achievements. To prep you the best we can, here follows important dates and information in regard to the procedure and what to keep in mind during the process.
1. What happens first? We have asked all Group Managers to get back to us with feedback on each of your individual performances. As soon as that information lands on your Business Managers desk, they will book a one-to-one with you.
2. When your one-to-one has been booked, please head on over to Hailey HR to "Answer questions before one-to-one". This is a chance for you to reflect on what your greatest achievements have been and what you expect moving forward.
3. Sit down together with your Business Manager for your one-to-one.
4. Latest at the beginning of march, you´ll receive feedback and results of this year’s salary review. The total budget for the salary review of 2024 is expected to be 3,1%, however please note that this is the total budget and not the average pay out.
5. Your new salary is valid from the first of April and to be paid out in full in the month of April.
