Competence Development – Exciting updates!

Over the last year, our brilliant co-workers have worked hard to map up our in-house skills, competences and learning interests. We are now happy to share a timeframe and agenda of what's to be released in the coming months regarding competence development.
To help us with this, we created a Power BI with a summary of all gathered data, which you through the link can open and play around with to discover what our consultants are great at:

What are the goals?
According to the collected data we were able to identify three main areas of interests for competence development moving forward:
• Infrastructure Managment and Automation (DevOps)
• Communication and Teamwork
• Testing and Diagnostics Technique
As a kick start to this project, we are planning to launch a workshop/lecture on these topics on march to get the motivation and competence development spirit going.
Furthermore, we will release a larger educational package in the beginning of Q2 including main topics and subtopics as presented in Power BI. Stay tuned- more information to be released shortly!
For new employees, a form will be sent out via email shortly to add on your competences to the already gathered data to continuously keep our competence inventory updated.
Last but not least: Thanks to all of you for staying patient during this process, we know that you are eager to get the competence development going and we can´t wait to get this project started.
